-5 Stars. Leah must be spending too much time posting up silly meaningless YouTube videos. If you want an agent who actually communicates, look elsewhere. We reached out as established local residents with approvals for a high-dollar/ high-caliber water view property yet were met with total silence. ZERO. It’s stunning that a "local expert" would choose to ignore anyone with cash-in-hand. By industry standards, a "professional" response time is 4 to 24 hours. Even if they are on vacation or "at capacity," a professional agent has an assistant or at least an auto-reply to acknowledge receipt. Not here. Makes this experience a TOTAL FAIL. Especially when there is no law requiring a "Buyer's Agent" whatsoever — certainly not one who can't manage a simple email. We'll be keeping the $50K Sales Commission money in our pockets. Any 8th grader can fill in the blanks on EZ to read Washington "no-change" REALTOR® forms. Don't waste your time with firms that rest on their laurels and lack basic business etiquette. If you have a specific vision and a serious budget, take your business elsewhere. Their total lack of responsiveness proves they aren't the "experts" they claim to be. EZ cost-effective and time-saving AVOID here.

Leah is AMAZING. When it came time to sell our house in Anacortes, Washington, she was everything that you would hope a realtor to be! Moving is incredibly stressful. The moment Leah and Jon walked into our home, we knew we made the right decision. But by a stroke of good fortune, (and Zillow) - we crossed paths with Leah and Jon Courage, and that has made all the difference for us in every possible way. Kayla was truly exceptional. We were familiar with the area and knew where we wanted to purchase a home. We met Kayla through Zillow on a whim to view a home the same day. Our offer was excepted, however we were soon bumped as we had a continency to sell our home first, out of state. It seemed like a difficult time and uncertain time for the housing market, but their expertise and great communication of their advice made it an extremely comfortable and low-stress process. They had a great one come in within a couple of days.
